Work to install Solar and Wind Energy Platforms for every home, tent, abode, business around the world.
STEP THREE :
Set up working, inclusive, excisable to all... COMMUNITY CENTER / WEB SITE / Place to gather together, in every Neighborhood, Village, Town, Tribe, City, Province, Around the World.
STEP FOUR :
CONNECT ALL COMMUNITY WEB site CENTERS... TOGETHER. (around the world...) using a Global Community Connection Web site Center...

Consider the benefit of declaring yourself a Citizen of the Earth (EARTH CITIZEN) along with being a citizen of a country / state / province / tribe etc.
